Please, before submitting an issue gather these information:

  1. the URL of the page with the gallery;
  2. errors and messages in the browser console (press F12 to open the console if any;
  3. any other useful informations to help me understand the issue;

these informations will speed up the entire process of solving.

Remember also that:

  • All support enquires should be replied within three business days.
  • Support is done exclusively in English and Italian.
  • Support can only be provided for unmodified files.
  • Support is only done for bugs / functionality issues of the file. We are not responsible for conflicts with bugged themes or plugins.
  • I prefer a link for front end problems. If it’s a back end problem, I will generally provide means for sending me admin access. Do not worry, hundreds of clients offered me backend access for fixing / seeing the problem on their site and I have not messed anything up.
  • I do not give refunds, please contact Envato directly for that.
